DATA PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY THE USER

The personal data provided by the user in an optional, explicit and voluntary way, are used in order to process any requests made (so, for example, when requesting information or explanations by calling the numbers indicated on the site or by writing to the email addresses electronics present therein).

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The data collected in this way could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the site.

NATURE OF DATA CONFERENCE

With the exception of navigation data, necessary to implement the IT and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to proceed with requests sent or that the user intends to forward.

 

METHOD OF TREATMENT

The data processing is performed through computer media. The data are stored in electronic archives with the adoption of the minimum security measures provided by the legislator. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case within 48 months.

The data collected from users are stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA") but may be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any transfer of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws.

The data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties without the express consent of the interested party, without prejudice to any requests by the competent authorities, as established by law.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party may assert at any time, by contacting the data controller by sending an email to info@gardaville.com , the following rights

1. Right of access: The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. Right of portability: Whenever GARDAVILLE processes the user's personal data by automated means on the basis of the user's consent, or on the basis of an agreement, the user has the right to obtain a copy of the data transferred to the user or another subject, in a commonly used format, in a structured and electronically readable form. This only includes personal data sent to us by the user.

3. Right of rectification: The interested party has the right to request the rectification of personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data.

4. Right of cancellation: The user has the right to cancel any personal data processed by GARDAVILLE at any time.

5. User's right to object to the processing of data based on legitimate interests: The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of GARDAVILLE which therefore will not continue to process personal data unless it is in able to demonstrate a legitimate basis for the processing, which overrides the interests and rights of the user or for legal reasons.

6. Right of restriction: The user has the right to request that GARDAVILLE limit the processing of personal data in the following circumstances: - if the user objects to the processing of GARDAVILLE based on a legitimate interest, the latter will limit all processing of such data until the legitimate interest is verified; - if the user declares that the personal data are incorrect, GARDAVILLE must limit all processing of such data until their accuracy is verified. - if the processing is not legitimate, it is possible to oppose the deletion of personal data and request a restriction of their use instead. - if GARDAVILLE no longer needs the personal data but they are necessary so that the user can set up a legal defense.

Right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority:
If the user believes that GARDAVILLE treats his personal data incorrectly, he can communicate it directly, or he can file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
