This beautiful property offers ample spaces inside but also outdoor with a large garden with private pool. Villa Primula is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends, to visit nearby places of interest such as the cities of Verona, Milan or Venice, or to explore the wineries in the surrounding area. On the villa’s ground floor there are a nice and bright living room with kitchen and dining area, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a small living room and kitchenette. In the basement a 5th double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The ground floor’s living room overlooks an equipped patio which opens onto the beautiful garden with private pool. Here a small pool house with lounge area.
To complete the property, 4 covered private parking spaces.
PLEASE NOTE: Although the swimming pool works perfectly and can be used without any limitations, the pool floor present some aesthetic imperfections it looks slightly irregular. This does not represent a problem when using it but we have applied a special discount to the nightly rates.
The AC is provided only in the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and in the master bedroom on the first floor. It is NOT provided in the living room with kitchen and dining area, nor in the basement.
